We think it's a superb base for staying in Llandudno. The owner was friendly. The superior double room suited us: it had central heating, a seating area and a writing desk. This place is superior, value for price.

the nearby restaurant, fish tram chips, was as close as 500 metres from the hotel. conveniently located away from the main road. this property is overall value for money. the hotel building is lovely.
